Eligibility Criteria And Application Requirements

1. Seniority And Performance Evaluation Track

• Candidates must meet qualifications as per Sections 28 and 37.
• Must be qualified under Section 30 of the Local Government Service (Formation and Operation) Act, 2080.

2. Competency Evaluation Track

The following criteria will be assessed in accordance with Sections 32, 33, 34, 35, and 36 of 2080.

• Performance evaluation records
• Length of service (seniority)
• Experience in different geographical areas
• Educational qualifications
• Completed training programs

3. Code Number Declaration

Applicants must provide their Sanket Number (Seat Roll No.) obtained from.

• National Archives (Civil Service), or
• Provincial Archives

4. Educational Qualification Documents

Certified copy of equivalence determination certificate (mandatory for qualifications requiring equivalence).

5. Performance And Service Details

Applicants must submit the following information.

• Name of office that submitted performance evaluations for the last three years.
• Study leave details (if taken at current level).
  • Duration of leave.
• Training details (if undertaken at current level).
  • Duration of training.
• Any salary deductions (if applicable).
  • Complete details of deductions.

6. Complete And Accurate Disclosure

All sections of the application form must be filled out completely and clearly.
