Job Description

The District Public Health Office, Rasuwa, under Bagmati Province Government’s Ministry of Health and Health Directorate, is inviting applications to fill Health Facilitator positions for the Gosainkund Rural Municipality program – A local model health institution.

Interested eligible Nepali citizens who wish to be appointed as Health Facilitators must appear in person at the office within 15 days of publication of this notice during office hours, submitting their application to the Administration Section.

Applicants must bring their citizenship certificate along with the filled Application Form from Bagmati Province Health Facilitator Operation and Management Program Guidelines 2082, Annex-3 (Rule 14, Sub-rule 3).

Applications submitted after the deadline or found incomplete will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Position Details

Age Limit

Completed 18 years of age and not exceeded 40 years as of the last date of application submission.

Required Documents

• Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
• Certified copy of educational qualification certificate.
• Certified copy of certificate of registration with the concerned health professional council (or proof of ongoing studies from the training institution – On the Job Training (OJT) letter).

Application Deadline

2082/12/15 within office hours. (If a public holiday falls on that day, the next working day applies.)

Administration Section, District Public Health Office, Rasuwa. Applications may also be submitted via email by scanning the application form, bank voucher, and required documents to phorasuwa@bagamati.gov.np within the deadline.

All original documents must be submitted in person at the time of the interview.

Examination Fee

NRs. 400/- (Four Hundred Rupees). Deposit to this office’s Account No. 27202000001001000001 at Nepal Rastra Bank, Rasuwa Branch, Office Code No. 3700128143, Revenue Head No. 14224, Provincial Control Ledger Unit, Rasuwa Office. Submit all vouchers after depositing.

Selection Criteria

Shortlisting based on educational qualification, followed by interview and locality-based criteria.

At 2082/12/15. Contact date, time and venue will be communicated after shortlisting.

Service Benefits/Salary

Monthly incentive of NRs. 20,000/- (Nepali Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) as per Bagmati Province Health Facilitator Operation and Management Program Guidelines 2082.

Work Area

All wards of Gosainkund Rural Municipality.

Service Duration

Until the end of Ashadh 2082/083.
