Krishi Samagri Company Limited Vacancy 2083 – Notice, Eligibility And How To Apply Online

Krishi Samagri Company Limited, Head Office, Kathmandu, has published a notice inviting applications for Vacant Positions.

The vacancies will be filled in 2 ways.

• Promotion – Based on Work-Efficiency Evaluation.
• Internal Competitive Examination – Open and Inclusive Candidates

(A) Vacancy For Promotion Based On Work Efficiency Evaluation

The following positions will be filled through promotion, based on an evaluation of work efficiency. To be eligible, in-service employees must meet these conditions.

• Completed the prescribed period of service under Rule 32 of the Krishi Samagri Company Limited Employee Administration Regulations, 2080.
• Hold the minimum required educational qualification.
• Are not disqualified under Rule 33.

Eligible employees must submit the prescribed promotion form along with self-attested supporting documents to the Company’s Planning and Human Resource Management Department, within 30 days of the notice’s publication.

(B) Vacancy For Internal – Open And Inclusive Competitive Examination

The company has vacant permanent positions in the classes, services and groups listed below. These will be filled through a competitive exam.

To apply, candidates must fill out the application online at vacancy.kscl.gov.np. This must be done within 21 days of the notice’s publication.

There Are 2 Ways To Apply.

Internal competition – For current Krishi Samagri Company employee. To apply, an employee must currently hold a position 1 class below the vacant 1 and must meet the required qualifications and experience. Employees from inclusive groups need 1 year less experience than usual.

Open competition – For any interested Nepali citizen who meets the required qualifications.

Type of Examination

Written, case presentation, practical examination (only for positions requiring a practical exam), interview and other methods as specified in the syllabus.

Syllabus

The syllabus for the advertised positions can be obtained from the company’s website kscl.gov.np.

Examination Center

Will be located within Kathmandu Valley. The written examination for all positions will be conducted by the Public Service Commission. The schedule of the written examination will be published after it is determined by the Public Service Commission.

Note: The examination fee is non-refundable, except where the vacancy announcement itself is cancelled.

Since applications are submitted through an online system, even if the last day for submitting applications falls on a public holiday, the application, along with the prescribed fee, must still be submitted mandatorily within that same day.

2083/04/07 (BS). The final date for applying with Double Fee is up to 2083/04/14 (BS).

Age Limit

Permanent KSCL employees already in service face no age limit when applying under open competition.

Additional Documents For Inclusive Category Candidates

• Indigenous Nationalities / Janajati: Certificate based on the National Foundation for the Development of Indigenous Nationalities Act list – where a listed caste covers multiple surnames, a Chief District Officer certification is also required.
• Madhesi: Certification as designated by the Government of Nepal (Nepal Gazette) – until designated, certification from the Chief District Officer is required.
• Dalit: Based on the National Dalit Commission’s registered caste list – multi-surname castes require additional Chief District Officer certification.
• Persons With Disabilities: Disability identity card from the Social Welfare Council or concerned local level, specifying classification under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2074.
• Backward Region: Citizenship certificate showing permanent residence in the specified district, with certification from the concerned Rural Municipality / Municipality.

• Submit the application before the deadline. If the last day falls on a public holiday, the application and fee must still be submitted on that same day.
• For double-fee (late) applications, complete submission by 2083/04/14 (B.S.) – note that this extended period does not count towards age, qualification, training, experience or service calculation.
• The Recruitment Committee may cancel an improperly completed application at any time, even if initially accepted.
