Age Limit For Candidates
Age Limit for Candidates (As of 2082/11/20)
- Male Candidates: Minimum 21 years – Maximum 35 years
- Female & Disabled Candidates: Minimum 21 years – Maximum 40 years
- No Age Limit For
- Permanent employees of Federal Civil Service.
- Permanent employees of any Provincial Civil Service.
- Permanent employees of Local Government Service.
Note: Employees claiming age limit exemption must submit a currently-in-service certificate, verified and signed by the Head of the concerned office.
Application Fee
- Base Fee: NRs. 1,000/- (Required For All Candidates)
- Additional Charges (Only If Applying For Extra Posts)
- NRs. 400/- for each additional group under internal & inclusive category.
- NRs. 400/- for each additional letter/post.
- Example: If you apply for 1 additional group + 1 additional letter, you pay
- NRs. 1,000 + NRs. 400 + NRs. 400 = NRs. 1,800/- Total
Method And Place Of Fee Payment
Option 1: Online Payment
- Go to My Application And Click All Applications.
- Click the Pay Button of your applied advertisement.
- Select your Bank.
- Choose Online Payment.
- Select your E-Wallet.
- Enter your Username & Password to complete payment.
Option 2: Offline Payment
- Go to My Application And Click All Applications.
- Click the Pay Button of your applied advertisement.
- Select your Bank.
- Choose Offline Payment.
- Click “Click Here” to generate a Voucher.
- Visit your respective Bank and pay the amount with that voucher.
Important: Once you submit an application for any advertisement – you cannot,
- Re-submit it.
- Make additions to it.
- Withdraw it.
Fee Payment Period
Pay your examination fee within office hours on or before the double fee deadline.
Note: If the last date falls on a public holiday, pay on the next working day.
Make sure your payment envelope includes.
- Your Master ID.
- Transaction Reference Number from the voucher.
