NWSC Internal Competitive Examination Based Promotion 2083

Under Suchana No. 02/2082-83, existing Nepal Khanepani Sansthan permanent employees who fulfill the eligibility under Regulation 43 of the NWSC Employee Service Regulation 2081 may apply for internal promotion through competitive examination.

Applications must be submitted within 21 Days from the date of publication along with the Anusuchi 4 (Schedule 4) format application form, required basis proof of promotion and certified copies of educational qualifications.

NWSC Work Performance Based Promotion 2083

Under Suchana No. 01/2082-83, eligible permanent employees of Nepal Khanepani Sansthan may apply for promotion based on performance evaluation (Karyakshamtako Mulyankanda).

Minimum Educational Qualification

Educational qualifications must be from a recognized (Maanyataa Prapt) educational institution. For qualifications obtained from foreign institutions, equivalency must be established from Tribhuvan University (TU). Key requirements include.

• For 9Th Level (Upa Prabandhak / Deputy Manager): Post-graduate degree (Snaatakottar Upaadhi) in relevant subject from a recognized institution + minimum 5 years experience as authorized officer in government service, registered organization or international body.
• For 7Th Level (Shakha Adhikrit / Branch Officer): Bachelor’s degree (Snaataka Tah) in relevant subject.
• For 6Th Level (Sahayak Adhikrit): Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject.
• For 5Th Level Technical Posts (Sub-Engineer, Supervisor, Chemist Etc.): Praman Patra (Certificate/Diploma) in relevant engineering discipline.
• For 5Th Level Administrative Posts (Varishtha Sahayak, Lekhapaal): Praman Patra (Certificate) from recognized institution.
• For 4Th Level Posts (Sahayak, Mitar Ridar, Plumber, Pump Operator, Etc.): SLC / SEE or equivalent.
• For Heavy Equipment Driver (Level 5): SLC or equivalent + valid Heavy Equipment Excavator Operator License.
• For Heavy Vehicle Driver (Level 4): Class 10 passed + valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.
• If a higher educational qualification than the minimum specified exists, it shall be deemed as meeting the minimum requirement.

How To Apply For Khanepani Sansthan Vacancy Online

All applicants must submit applications in person at the Head Office (Pradhan Karyalay), Tripureshwor, Kathmandu. There is No Online Application Submission – Applications must be Physically Submitted along with all required documents and fee voucher.

NWSC Exam Admit Card (Prabesha Patra) – Important Rules

Candidates whose applications are accepted will be issued an Exam Admit Card (Prabesha Patra) by Nepal Khanepani Sansthan from the Pradhan Karyalay. The written examination is conducted by theLok Sewa Aayog. Important Admit Card Rules include.

• The admit card must be brought on the exam day without fail. Entry to the exam hall without the admit card is not permitted.
• The admit card must also be brought on the day of interview (Antarvartaa) after written exam results are published.
• Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.
• Candidates must arrive at the exam hall before the announced entry time. No entry is allowed after 15 minutes of exam start for objective (Bastugat) section and after 30 minutes for subjective (Bishayagat) section.
• Books, copies, papers, chits and other materials are prohibited after entry. Candidates must not discuss or copy from each other.
• If a candidate is found in unclear circumstances during the exam, they must inform the exam invigilator (Nirikshak) without disturbing other candidates.
• Calculator (IQ Type – Programmable) is not permitted in the exam. Standard calculators are only allowed where specifically permitted.
• All answers in the objective section must be written with K in the answer sheet box – auto-cancelled if not filled.
• Absent or dismissed candidates will have no claim for any relief from the institution for the exam day.
