Therefore, when going to the office, the necessary documents you need to take are as follows.

1. Trace Map Of Land

Some features of the trace map are as follows.

• The trace map is used for actual measurement of land.
• With its help, the shape of the land, corners, direction, actual area measurement as well as necessary analysis of the land can also be done.
• It contains details of the land’s location.
• The land map is printed on 1:2500 Scale or on a scale according to the size of the land.
• When printing, it is done on A4 Paper.

2. Lalpurja Of Land

Some details that are in the Lalpurja of land are as follows.

• It contains the landlord’s name, address, father’s and grandfather’s name, citizenship number.
• Also, it contains landlord symbol number, issuing office, previous plot number, land ownership share, tenant (Mohi) name and land area.

5. Tax Clearance Receipts Of Land

Every landlord has to pay tax on their land to the government every year. After paying that tax amount, a tax clearance receipt of the land is received, which is necessary for map approval.

When buying or selling house – land, a document containing the road leading to the house – land and necessary details of the land is required, which is called house – land road recommendation letter.

This letter includes necessary details such as what type of road leads to the house – land, what is the width of the road, whether that road is connected with any canal, stream, river or other private road or not, what is the registration number registered in the Revenue Office, plot number and area, etc.

The house – land road recommendation letter must be obtained from the concerned ward office of the place where the house – land is located.
