Public Service Commission has approved the annual work plan for post fulfillment for the fiscal year 082/83.

As per the consent obtained accordingly – an invitation for applications has been made from eligible and interested Nepali citizens who have met the qualifications mentioned herein for permanent post fulfillment through open and inclusive group competitive examinations for the vacant posts mentioned below in this Gorkhapatra Organization.

Position Details

Application Form

Candidates are required to print the downloaded form on A4 size paper, attach 3 passport size recent photographs and fill in all the details completely.

• The completed application must be submitted to Gorakhpatra Sansthan, Central Office, Dharmapath – Kathmandu.
• When applying for one post under both open and different groups of inclusive categories, the same application form must be filled. However, on the first page of the application form and on the admit card, marks must be made as specified according to which groups of open and inclusive categories the candidate wishes to be included in the examination.
• Application forms that are incomplete, submitted after the deadline or do not have the mandatory documents attached will not be accepted.

• For Level 6: NRs. 1,000/-
• For Level 5: NRs. 700/-

Additional Fees For Inclusive Groups (Per Inclusive Group)

• For Level 6: NRs. 400/-
• For Level 5 And Level 4: NRs. 300/-
• For Level 3 and Level 2: NRs. 200/-

Note: Related To Fee And Application

• The application fee must be deposited with the candidate’s name clearly mentioned and the deposit voucher must be attached with the application.
• The period of double fee will not be counted for the purpose of age, educational qualification, experience period and other qualifications.

Last Date To Submit Application

• 2082/11/07 and late double fee until 2082/11/14.
• Even if the last day to submit the application form is a public holiday, the application can be submitted until the next day.

Age Limit Of Candidates

• Officer Level 9: Minimum age of 21 years completed and not exceeding 45 years.
• Officer Level 6: Minimum age of 21 years completed and not exceeding 35 years and for women and persons with disabilities not exceeding 40 years.
• Assistant Level 5, 4, 3 And 2: Minimum age of 18 years completed and not exceeding 35 years and for women and persons with disabilities not exceeding 40 years.
• Permanent employees working in the institution, age limit will not apply.

Attached Documents With Application

Copies of the following documents must be self-certified by the candidate and compulsorily attached with the application.

• Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.
• Copy of educational qualification certificate, character certificate or age-revealing certificate.
• For candidates who have obtained educational certificates from foreign educational institutions must attached the copy of equivalence determination certificate.
