Age Limit

• Completed 18 years and not exceeded 35 years.
• Women/Disabled – Completed 18 years and not exceeded 40 years.
• Health Service – Completed 18 years and not exceeded 45 years.
• Age limit will not apply to Civil Service and Permanent Government Service employees.

• Rs.500/-
• Inclusive group – Additional Rs.150/-

Method And Place Of Payment Of Application Fee

• Application fee can be paid by printing the bank voucher (with Master ID and transaction code number mentioned) generated through the Commission’s online application system and submitting it to the concerned bank. Application fee can also be paid through the Payment Service of the concerned bank for the bank voucher generated through the Commission’s Online application system.
• Once an application is submitted for any advertisement, it cannot be added/reduced or corrected again in the same advertisement.

Period For Payment Of Application Fee

Till 2082/10/07 (if public holiday falls, within office hours on the day the office opens after the public holiday).

Documents To Be Uploaded

• Candidates must upload documents specified in the concerned advertisement including educational qualification (transcript and character certificate) and documents related to the concerned group in PDF Format at the designated place in the Online application system.
• All candidates must scan the front and back part of their citizenship certificate and upload it in JPG Format.
• In case of candidates applying for positions in health service, if professional council registration certificate is required, that certificate must also be uploaded.
• Candidates applying for internal competitive examination must upload permanent appointment letter and letter of adjustment to the concerned level.
• Candidates will be responsible themselves for the details mentioned in the application.

Interview Date

Will be notified when the written examination result is published.

Minimum Required Qualification

• Assistant Sub-Engineer, Engg., Civil: Passed S.L.C. or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and received training in the related subject or passed T.S.L.C. in the related subject from a technical school.
• Kha.Pa.Se.Te., Engg., Civil, Sanitary: Passed S.L.C. or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and received training in drinking water and sanitation subject or gained two years of experience in the related subject.
• Amin, Engg., Survey: Passed S.L.C./S.E.E. or equivalent with mathematics subject from a recognized educational institution and received one year training in survey or geometric subject.
• Nayab Technical Assistant, Agriculture: Received J.T.A. (Agricultural Science) training from a recognized educational institution or passed S.L.C./S.E.E. or T.S.L.C./T.S.E.E. with the related subject.
• Nayab Animal Health Technician, Agriculture, Veterinary: Passed S.L.C./S.E.E. from a recognized educational institution and received J.T.A. (Animal Health) training or passed T.S.L.C./T.S.E.E. or equivalent with Agriculture (Animal Husbandry/Animal Health) subject.
• Nayab Animal Health Technician, Agriculture, A.I.Te.: Passed S.L.C./S.E.E. from a recognized educational institution and received J.T.A. (Animal Science) training or passed T.S.L.C./T.S.E.E. or equivalent with Agriculture (Animal Husbandry/Animal Health) subject.
• A.N.M., Health, P.He.N.: Passed A.N.M. course from a recognized educational institution.
• A.He.W., Health, Health Inspection: Passed A.He.W. or C.M.A. course from a recognized educational institution.
• Administration Assistant, Administration, Administration: Passed entrance examination (S.L.C./S.E.E.) or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
• Account Assistant, Administration, Accounts: Passed entrance examination (S.L.C./S.E.E.) or equivalent with mathematics or accounts subject from a recognized educational institution.
• Sa.Ma.Bi.Ni., Administration, Miscellaneous: Passed S.L.C. or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.

Note: In case of candidates who pass the entrance examination (S.L.C./S.E.E.) or equivalent examination after the grade system is implemented, those who have obtained GPA 2 or above grade will be considered to have fulfilled the minimum qualification.
