Job Description
Pursuant to the letter of the Ministry of Land Management, Cooperatives and Poverty Alleviation (Letter No. 082/83, Dispatch No. 65, dated 2082/11/08), this notice is hereby issued to all concerned.
As per Section 32 of the Poor Family Identification and Identity Card Distribution Guidelines 2075, the list of poor families is required to be updated every 5 years.
Since the data previously collected by the board is not available in digital format, it has become necessary to conduct a fresh data collection for poor family identification.
Therefore, all eligible individuals are hereby notified to submit their applications, along with a revenue payment receipt, at the office during office hours within 7 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Examination Center
Dhorpatan Municipality Office.
Application Fee
NRs. 300 (Three Hundred). The fee must be deposited into Dhorpatan Municipality’s Internal Revenue Account No. 12103000001001000001 at Nepal Bank Limited, Burtibang Branch. The deposit voucher must be attached to the application.
Application Deadline
2082/12/08 within office hours. (If the deadline falls on a public holiday, applications will be accepted the following working day.)
Age Limit
Minimum 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years (for women, not exceeding 40 years).
Required Documents
- Copy of citizenship certificate.
- Copy of character certificate.
- Copy of academic transcript / mark sheet of minimum qualification.
- Two copies of passport-size photographs.
- Copies of documents proving relevant experience (if any).

Collection of household-level data for the purpose of identifying poor families.

Minimum Required Qualifications
- Passed at least Grade 10+2 or Certificate Level from a recognized educational institution.
- Must be able to operate computer software.
- Must be able to type in Nepali Unicode on a mobile device.
- Must be a permanent resident of the concerned local level.
- Priority will be given to individuals who have previously been involved in data collection work.
- Must have good communication skills.
